The Past Month

Brandon & Nathan first day of school 2008 This past month has been nonstop craziness for us. Brandon started Kindergarten and Nathan started Preschool. They both love their class and teachers. Nathan is learning colors and shapes, not to mention learning to go potty on his own. Which I’m afraid might be a couple months away from the pull-ups being completely gone. Brandon is taking great pride in being the only Kindergartener in his class that knows 6+6=12. Getting ready in the morning is a challenge, some mornings are better than others. He’s good about getting himself dressed, he can make his own bagel for breakfast, and get in the car with his seat belt on. Last night he wanted to help make his lunch (PB&J). He is trying his hardest to follow directions and listening the first time to his teachers. Repeating things three times to him throughout the day is just not fun!

Business is going well for both Brian and I. We continue to attract more customers and with this failing economy, our business continues to grow. We can only thank and praise God for such a blessing. This past month Brian was working hard on redesigning the new Adverties Custom Neckwear website. (www.adverties.com). He did a great job on it and his talent and interest for web designing and coding has taken off leaps and bounds.

My sister’s wedding is just a couple weeks away and this past month everyone is working on last min. details. Getting dresses altered, picking up Nathan’s tux (so cute), helping with the bachelorette party, which was so much fun. We did a spa party for Sylvia and her girls. I got a great pedicure that night and was able to relax and get pampered during this month of craziness. Posted by Anastasia
