Superman Returns

I can’t believe I’m saying this but I’ve been caught up in the hype! When I first heard they were making another Superman I snickered. But this trailer has me jacked to see it. The last 10 seconds of the trailer is dope. It comes out tomorrow.

Now that’s good stuff! Kevin Spacey as Lex is a great choice. Maybe even better than Hackman in the original. I’ve heard one or two reviewers say it’s a little long, but if it’s good that won’t matter. Hopefully I can get to the theater to see this one.

Dude, can you and Jdub make a double date of this?
Not in the least bit intrested in watching Superman.
I’m not a fan of remakes, (But Batman was excellent.)
its like Hollywood can’t come up with anything orginal anymore.

I’ll pay for popcorn

It’s not an original…It’s a completely different story. That’s like saying Batman Begins is the same as Batman. Or the Bourne Supremacy the same as Bourne Identity. Or Empire Strikes Back the same as Star Wars…You get my point.

Basically they’re taking the Superman story line
revamping it and making it hip and glorious.

All I’m saying can’t they just leave older movies alone?

I saw the film, I thought the
special effects were amazing,
and the story was pretty good
also.
