Meaninglis
I wanted a way to communicate my thoughts to my loved
ones and BAM it hit me. Write a blog. "Meaning Lis" is
obviously symbolic for the significant personal feelings
I’ll be sharing and the absolute worthless value of my
opinions. In the end you decide is it "Meaningless" or
"Meaning Lis"?

Moral of the story: don’t ever lift weights. It screws up all of the generic health/body mass charts.
Anyone who sees me knows it ain’t Twinkies what puts me over the weight average. Yet acoording to the generic health charts, I’m 25 pounds overweight and my impending death is near.
I guess I need to eat salad and let everbody see my ribs when I’m barechested.

BMI’s lie. Completely inaccurate, especially if you have much muscle mass.
Healthy advice from the Doc’s corner.
“Poo more, eat less”
Yes, you heard me correctly. I said, poo more, eat less.
Exercise helps to decrease stress and increases your level of endorphins to make you “feel” better, also known as a “runners high”. Exercise doesn’t stop here. Exercise also increases your HDL (good) cholesterol levels, while it decreases your LDL (bad) cholesterol. (Can it get any better?) Why I am glad you asked. Eating more fiber, having a healthy diet and exercising regularly, also help to stimulate ones bowels. This precipitates what I like to call, “the po-po to go poo-poo reflex”, thereby decreasing your chance of colon cancer.
So eating well AND exercising 30 min a day, excluding genetics and excess stress, should help one live a longer, happier and healthy life. So it IS true that an apple a day helps keep the doctor away.
