Brandon & Tiger

Last week the PGA Championship was at Medinah Country Club just 2 miles from my home. Carol Meaninglis Gianonne got hired to be a marshal on hole 12. She submitted her resume and the club manager hired her, no strings were pulled. That’s kinda cool that she got that position on her own merit. Anyways, I was lucky enough to take the family to one of the practice days. PGA actually encourages kids to go to the practice days by having free admission for kids under 18.




The day was a perfect day for golf. Anastasia got her first chance to view Medinah’s club which she really enjoyed. Brandon liked counting all the various numbers all throughout the course. Brandon only screamed one time and wouldn’t you know it, it was on Tiger Woods approach on 12. Luckily we managed to get Brandon under control without to much of a ruckus forming.


Lucky for Tiger, Brandon’s little distraction spurred him on to victory as he won the tournament by a whopping 5 strokes.

    Can’t you see the excitment all over Brandon?? He wants to be a professional golfer and Gramma is going to teach him :)
